Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms," "Terms of Service") carefully before using the https://miona.bot website (the "Service") operated by Miona ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

Our Service is a Discord bot with the dashboard. Our premium subscription provides additional features to the bot.

You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

Purchases

Suppose you wish to purchase any available product or Service through the Service ("Purchase"). In that case, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, and your billing address.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Miona and its licensee and licensors and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Miona, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components, or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

You may not use Miona to violate any applicable laws or regulations as well as Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you encounter individuals or communities doing so, please send us an email to [email protected].

If you are refunded under any circumstances, your Discord account may be subject to blacklist and a ban from all of our services.

Miona Services Usage

You are required to be compliant with the terms shown on this page. You are not to do any of the following:

  • Malicious attempts of exploiting the website or the Discord bot
  • Malicious use of the website or the Discord bot
  • Scraping content on this website for malicious use
  • Scraping content from the Discord bot for your own use
  • Framing a portion or all of the website
  • Copy Miona's website and claiming it as your own work
  • Violate the Discord Terms of Service
  • Abuse or exploit Miona or any of our services

Content Responsibility and Actions

Miona operates in a manner that allows server owners and administrators to configure and customize various automated features. As such, the content generated or displayed through these configurations is considered user-generated content.

The Miona Staff Team will not take action against servers or users when:

  • The bot functions as intended, and any resulting content originates from user-defined configurations or server activity.
  • The messages or automated actions do not contain scam links, such as false “free Discord Nitro” promotions, phishing attempts, or any other form of malicious content.
  • The bot is not directly responsible for distributing NSFW or inappropriate content outside of properly designated NSFW channels.

However, the Miona Staff Team reserves the right to take action if:

  • The bot is found to send or distribute scam, phishing, or malicious links in any form.
  • The bot sends direct messages or automated communications containing NSFW, scam, or otherwise harmful content.
  • Any feature is intentionally misused to promote illegal, harmful, or unsafe material.

Server owners and administrators are solely responsible for ensuring their configurations, content, and usage of Miona comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws.

Miona remains committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and transparent environment while respecting the autonomy of server owners and their configurations.

Changes to This Policy

We can update these terms at any time without notice. Continuing to use our services after any changes will mean that you agree with these terms and violation of our terms of service could result in a permanent ban across all of our services.
